Timber Poultry Cages are made from substantial 102mm tanalised round uprights, 102mm half round roof supports, extra heavy-duty side netting, heavy-duty roof netting, all fittings and one door kit as standard - everything a garden or smallholding chicken could wish for!
Manufactured from the same chunky wooden framework as our timber fruit cages, the walk-in poultry cage provides excellent protection for chickens, birds and game - we've reports of ducks and quail enjoying their wooden-framed surroundings - and will blend into almost any garden setting.
Foxes and other chancers will be deterred by the heavy-duty extruded 16mm mesh side netting and our 18mm diamond mesh anti-bird roof netting keeps unwanted flying visitors out and the chickens in, although additional re-inforced netting may be necessary if particularly cunning - or MENSA - foxes are around.
We can't promise your chickens will reward you with buckets of extra eggs but at least the timber poultry cage will keep them safe and happy!
