It is our aim to respond to all enquiries within a 24 hour period but due to an exceptionally high volume of emails at the current time, and the impact of coronavirus on our team, please allow up to 10 working days for us to reply.
We are still processing and despatching orders although it is taking longer than normal due to very high levels of demand and working with a limited warehouse and fulfilment workforce. Any new orders being placed are not likely to be despatched for up to 2 weeks (5 weeks for Standard Wooden Raised Beds, 4 weeks for Wooden Manger Planters and 8 weeks for Southwold Garden Furniture) – unless your order was placed more than 2 weeks ago we are unable to update you on delivery at this time. Please note though that we do not take any payment for orders until the point that they are despatched.
Wooden Raised Beds – new orders from 23 April up to 5 weeks for Standard Raised Beds and 2 weeks for Superior Raised Beds to despatch
Wooden Manger Trough Planters – Please allow up to 4 weeks for despatch
Vegetable Plant Orders - Orders placed before March 31st will begin being despatched Late April. All orders placed from the 1st April will be despatched Mid to Late May.
Nematode Pest Control Orders - currently being despatched as normal with no delays.
Southwold Garden Furniture - Please allow up to 8 weeks for delivery. All dining table sets are sent on our 2 man delivery service which is currently suspended due to social distancing measures and is due for further review during May in line with government updates. We can only currently deliver dining table sets if customers assume full responsibility for unloading and assembling table legs.
