Due to the success of our range of RHS endorsed garden structures here at Harrod Horticultural we realised a few years ago the need to open a separate trade division to help assist with the growing number of trade enquiries from garden designers and landscapers. The trade department was set up to serve the trade side of the industry with the same exceptional level of customer service and advice on our range of products as the mail order side of our business – along with the added benefits of a trade discount, site visits if required, project management and a one on one link with our design team for bespoke structures.
Alongside exhibiting at RHS Chelsea each year, the Harrod Horticultural Trade Division also gives us the opportunities to showcase our range of products and services in front of trade bodies such as BALI (British Associated Landscape Industries) and The SGD (Society of Garden Designers.)
The trade division is set up to be as flexible as possible and fit around your needs as the designer or landscaper, we are there as much or as little as you need us to be involved – whether it be a one off order placed over the phone by card using the trade discount or site visits, advice, bespoke design and a credit account facility.
We cover all the UK for site visits and advice and with numerous RHS sites and open gardens using our products we can also meet you and your clients at one of these locations to showcase the products and talk through the options. Our one on one service also enables you to programme deliveries in accordance with site works as the majority of our deliveries are made by our own vehicles. Not only do we offer our standard range of structures to the trade – but the facility to have any of these products amended to specific sizes if required and also the ability to design and manufacture any bespoke garden structure – the only limitation is your imagination when it comes to design as we have 60 years of manufacturing experience and knowledge.
