Designed and manufactured by us in the UK this aluminium pond cover carries a 10 year anti corrosion guarantee and is available in a huge range of sizes.
The strong pond cover uses 25mm diameter x 1.6mm wall thickness aluminium tubing and is connected using rigid nylon tubing connectors. On larger pond covers (above 3.5m x 3.5m) the framework includes sturdy tensioning wire bracing made from 2mm high strength galvanised multi-strand steel cable, secured with professional gripple tensioners. The strong framework is then covered with 20mm x 20mm diamond heavy-duty anti-bird mesh netting, which is secured in place with releasable cable ties.
The finished pond cover gives 40cm clearance above the pond to avoid any plant damage and is perfect for stopping herons and catching leaves and debris before it falls into the pond.

Pond cover frame easy to assemble - net a bit fiddly to get fitted correctly too quite a while to get it fitting nicely. Only diappointing aspect of this was the delivery which took 2 weeks from the time the order was despatched from HH - Even taking into account bank holidays it was a 8 days for a 3 day delivery !?
