HYDRANGEA arborescens 'Annabelle' is a medium, bushy deciduous shrub with broadly oval leaves and large, spherical heads of white flowers in summer.
Typically grows to around 4-6 feet in height, with broadly oval leaves to 18cm (7in) long, dark-green above, paler beneath. The large flowerheads measure 20-25cm (8-10in) across with mainly sterile creamy white flowers.
Hardy in all of UK and northern Europe. Plant can possibly withstand temperatures down to -20°C (-4°F)
