The ingenious hi-lo hanging basket device, makes it easy to water and deadhead your baskets by simply fixing to the basket it allows you to quickly and easily lower or raise your hanging baskets.

Simply attach to the hanging basket bracket and then to the hanging basket. To secure in place, raise to uppermost position and then lower gently engaging locking device. To lower simply ease upwards to release locking device and then lower fairly quickly slowing to engage locking device when at desired height.
