Good in principle... By Anonymous 2 31st August 2016

but beware that you have to be careful using the connector to hold it up in the greenhouse - when full of water the bag is very heavy - it then slips down and if you're me, it rips open. The drippers are also difficult to set at the right drip rate and it varies as the bag empties so you have to check every day.

Big Dripper saves my tomatoes! By Bev Price 4 1st July 2016

This is a substantial product made with quality materials which was easy to set up to meet my exact needs. Just be careful not to inadvertently alter the drip valves after setting. Special bag retaining clips worked very well in the greenhouse.

Big drippa low effort! By Anonymous 5 8th June 2014

Really easy to set up in my allotment poly tunnel. Great when you can't visit every day. Lasts several days when set on slow drip. Ideal to supplement grow bags etc.

What The Press Say

Amateur GardeningJuly 2016

Tried & Tested - Holiday watering kits

Very simple design with a large plastic bag that can hold up to 10.5 litres of water. The tubing connects to the bottom of the bag and has a maximum length of 5 metres. Six drippers are supplied, which you connect by cutting and fixing to the tube, the end is terminated with a bung. You can't go away for too long, but a willing neighbour may just prefer to fill the bag rather walk around your plants every other day. It only waters up to six plants so you may need a couple if you have lots to provide for. No batteries, no taps is a plus.
