Miscanthus sinensis Gracillimus commonly known as Chinese silver grass, a compact, clump-forming deciduous grass with narrow, arching leaves with white midribs and silky, purple-tinged, curled flower panicles in late summer.
Hardy - very cold winter - Hardy in all of UK and northern Europe. Plant can possibly withstand temperatures down to -20°C (-4°F)
