Latest Despatch Information

Despatching - latest information (updated on 3rd July)

We are still processing and despatching orders. However, in the last few weeks we have experienced exceptionally high levels of demand alongside a reducing workforce as we’ve members of staff that are affected by the current exceptional circumstances. 

As a result it is taking longer than normal to process orders. Any new orders being placed are not likely to be despatched for up to 2 weeks (5 weeks for Standard Wooden Raised Beds, 8 weeks for Southwold Garden Furniture, 3 weeks for vegetable plants). Please note though that we do not take any payment for orders until the point that they are despatched. 

Any further updates will be communicated on our website and to customers who have ordered.

Wooden Raised Beds – new orders from 23 April up to 5 weeks for Standard Raised Beds, 2 weeks for Superior Raised Beds

Wooden Manger Trough Planters & Raised Bed Tables - please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery

Vegetable Plant Orders - please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery.

Nematode Pest Control Orders - currently being despatched as normal with no delays.

Southwold Garden Furniture -  Please allow up to 8 weeks for delivery. All dining table sets are sent on our 2 man delivery service which is currently suspended due to social distancing measures and is due for further review during May in line with government updates. We can only currently deliver dining table sets if customers assume full responsibility for unloading and assembling table legs.

Please note that currently we are not taking consumer orders for overseas shipment.

Due to high volume and reduced staff levels we have temporarily closed our phone lines.

Emails - we do aim to reply within 24 hours but due to an exceptionally high volume of emails at the current time, and the impact of coronavirus on our team, please allow up to 10 working days for us to reply.
