Latest Despatch Information

Despatching - latest information (updated on 5th April)

We are still processing and despatching orders. However, in the last week we have experienced exceptionally high levels of demand alongside a reducing workforce as we’ve members of staff that are affected by the current exceptional circumstances. 

As a result it is taking longer than normal to process orders. Any new orders being placed are not likely to be despatched for up to 4 weeks. Please note though that we do not take any payment for orders until the point that they are despatched. 

Any further updates will be communicated on our website and to customers who have ordered.

Vegetable Plant Orders - Orders placed before March 31st will begin being despatched Late April. All orders placed from the 1st April will be despatched Mid to Late May.

Emails - we do aim to reply within 24 hours but due to an exceptionally high volume of emails at the current time, and the impact of coronavirus on our team, please allow up to 5 working days for us to reply.

Order Line - 0333 400 1500 – due to unprecedented levels of calls and staff shortages, we regret that we have taken the decision to temporarily suspend our phone lines. However, you can still place your order on our website.

Customer Services - 0333 400 6400 - Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm (Saturday & Sunday Closed). Please note we are unable to take orders over the phone.
