Geranium phaeum, also known as dusky cranesbill or Mourning widow is a stunning geranium variety with white centred purple-black, maroon or violet-blue pendant flowers with reflexed petals.

This attractive herbaceous clump-forming perennial is ideal for the UK climate being able to withstand temperatures down to -15°C (5°F). 

Originating from central, southern Europe to Russia this stunning geranium can reach a height of 80cm and will be a wonderful addition to garden borders.
