Medo pruning sealant is a liquid pruning compound suitable for use on fruit and ornamental trees and can be applied at any time of year, allowing you to protect open pruning cuts - a simple entry point for bacterial canker and other diseases - whever you need to prune or remove tree branches.
The cresylic acid-based liquid compound is easy to apply and can be used on all tree pruning cuts and open wounds, but if applying in the summer months take care to avoid contact with buds or fruit. Before using Medo pruning sealant remove any loose hanging bark and help keep your pruned trees as healthy as possible!

I was surprised at how difficult this was to buy, after having it recommended to me. The tub is a bit misleading, as it is only half full , I appreciate it is sold by weight. As not much is needed for each paint I hope it doesn't dry up!
