A beautiful blue flowering herb, Borage is loved by bees and us with a delightfully delicate cucumber flavour and is not readily available in the shops so it’s a good one to add to your herb garden.
Borage is best grown in a pot in a sheltered and sunny spot, ready to pick some leaves to add to your salads and homemade dips. Leaves, flowers and stalks are edible.
