Garden Watering Kit |
 |
£35.95
|
Standing with your finger over the end of a garden hose and spraying your vegetable plants and ornamental borders with water on a hot summer's afternoon is a real blast from the garden past, thanks to the adaptability and super-efficiency of the Garden Watering Kit.
Ideal for watering pots and planters, garden borders and vegetable patches, the combined 35 metres of piping (10m of main distribution pipe and 25m of sprinkler supply pipe) provides the potential for watering en masse and as each of the 20 sprinklers can irrigate an area up to 2 metres in diameter (depending on water pressure), your plants certainly won't go thirsty!
The sprinklers - all of which are fully adjustable - simply push into the end of each piece of supply pipe and as all the piping can be cut to length with a pair of scissors, the whole Garden Watering Kit system can be tailored to your own particular garden situation. |

Raised Bed Irrigation Kit |
 |
£32.95
|
This click and drip Raised Bed Irrigation Kit will efficiently irrigate all types of raised bed with the minimum of fuss and unlike many other raised bed watering kits on the market, it comes complete with all the fixtures and fittings you'll need - just add a tap, 'click' the components together and your raised bed soil, notorious for drying out, will stay 'drip'-fed moist and well watered all year round!
Simple and quick to install, this extremely effective raised bed watering system relies on a 4mm diameter, 15m length of totally flexible drip irrigation pipe which can be laid to suit your planting and contains irrigation points at 30cm intervals - 50 holes per 15 metres - that each release approximately 1 litre of water per hour. As the pipe lays on the soil, the water is delivered right where it's needed and evaporation is thwarted; not only that, but a 4mm diameter 5m length of blank pipe helps transfer the water from the tap to the bed with no wasted drips and in-line filtration throughout the irrigation pipe also prevents blockage from any debris and lime scale, so you can safely hide the pipe under soil whilst it is also pressure regulated to ensure an even flow. Add in the various tap connectors required, a 50cm length of transfer standard diameter hosepipe and full installation and operating instructions and this is one raised bed watering kit you'll wish you found years ago! |

Smart Valve® Watering Kit |
 |
£13.95
|
The gravity fed Smart Valve® Watering Kit requires no power source yet still manages to deliver an unerringly accurate flow of water to plant or water holding capillary matting-lined greenhouse trays.
The adjustable depth regulator of the valve sits in your plant tray and is fitted with a moisture sensor to monitor water levels and once the sensor realises more water is required, it does the rest. All you need to do is provide a water reservoir - this can be as simple as a bucket or sophisticated as a water butt - position it 20cm above the height of the tray you wish to fill and install the kit.
The simple Smart Valve® watering kit consists of the smart valve with water inlet tubing, an outlet fitting and hole forming tool to enable you to connect up to that bucket or water butt and 1.25m of 4mm diameter tubing. Set-up takes minutes, the depth regulator will keep the water level between 7mm and 20mm and working with a 5 litre water reservoir feeding a 1m² tray, your plants will stay watered for up to 4 weeks - an ideal holiday watering accomplice!
And here's the technical horticultural bit - using the Smart Valve® system, plants can never be overwatered and the healthy, natural 'wet and dry' cycle the valve delivers ensures maximum root growth and water uptake. Watering - especially when on holiday - has never been so simple! |
