Please note it is Company Policy not to take any payment until the day your goods are dispatched.
If for any reason you need to cancel your order, please advise us immediately. If your order has already been dispatched we require notice of cancellation within 7 days of receipt of goods for us to offer you a full refund Exceptions: Please note engraved tools and netting sold by the square metre are non returnable items and exempt from cancellation.

Stock permitting Standard delivery items are  currently dispatched within 5 - 7 days of your order being accepted. (Excluding Fruit and Vegetable Cages and Staging 10 - 14 days)  Please note our busiest period is between February and May so your patience at this time is appreciated.  Express delivery orders are dispatched within the next two working days subject to stock availability. 

Where possible when our normal dispatch is affected by Industrial Actions or similar event beyond our control we will endeavour to send your goods by an alternative carrier.

Prices quoted are for most UK mainland addresses. Delivery to parts of Scotland, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Scottish Isles and Highlands, Republic of Ireland, the Isle of Man, and the Isle of Wight may incur an extra charge and standard delivery could be up to £14.95. Where an extra charge does apply, we will contact you with a specific quote for your area. Should the charge to the above exceptions be less than £14.95 we will again contact you with the lower charge.

 

We want you to be delighted with you order so if for any reason you are not satisfied with any item you order from Harrod Horticultural just return it to us within 14 days of receipt for an immediate replacement or a full refund. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.

We handle all complaints fairly, effectively and confidentially. Any complaint via telephone, fax or e-mail is answered as soon as possible.  Any complaint that comes in via the post is replied to immediately, by telephone if a number is quoted, and we aim that all complaints are resolved with 5 working days.
