regret that operators are unable to deal with technical enquiries

Before calling make a note of your order, have your payment card

How much is
delivery?
We offer a fast and
efficient delivery service. Postage and Packing charge is £4.95 as
standard, unless your order contains only biological pest control
products (£2.00) or includes an item with as yellow (£12.95) or red
(19.95) lorry symbol. Subject to delivery conditions, see
below.
The post and packing charge covers the
cost of processing, packaging, checking and finally delivering your
goods. Every order we despatch is processed, then the products have
to be picked from the warehouse and checked for quality, the goods
are then packaged efficiently to try and ensure they arrive at
their destination in pristine condition before finally being
despatched. The cost of this process and materials is far in excess
of the standard £4.95 we charge, or £6.95 for express
deliveries.
Where do you deliver
to?
Post and packaging costs quoted are for most of the UK mainland
only. For delivery to parts of Scotland, Scottish Isles, Isle of
Man, Isle of Wight, Scilly Isles and Northern Ireland please phone
for a quote.
How long will I wait for
my order?
Stock permitting, we aim to despatch orders within 5 to 7 working
days. We can offer express delivery, for more information please
call our Customer Services line on 0845 218 5301
What is the process for
returning a product, should I need to?
Our guarantee – We want you to be delighted with your order
so if for any reason you are unhappy with your items, you can
return them in perfect condition and in their original packaging
within 14 days for a full replacement for a full refund. Returns
postage will only be refunded if the item is damaged, faulty or if
the wrong items have been sent. We do not accept responsibility for
damaged or lost parcels on return.

committed to the environment?
Recycling – We believe in sustaining the environment and
where possible all our products are despatched using recycled
cardboard and protective packaging to encourage gardeners to add
straight to their composter or compost heap. We also run a Harrod

vouchers?
Yes we sell gift vouchers as the prefect present for a fellow
garden lover. Gift vouchers are available in the following
