RABBITS
First introduced to the UK by the Romans, rabbits have been plaguing gardeners and farmers ever since with their incessant nibbling of young woody shrubs, trees, commercial crops and vegetables grown in our gardens.
They've got a cuddly side too however and we'd much rather supply products which deter, repel and even humanely catch these troublesome bunnies rather than cause them any harm; in fact, we actually need to thank rabbits for managing scrubland as their grazing reduces the height and spread of common shrubs and trees such as gorse and hawthorn, and this munching marathon uncovers open grassland which is the ideal environment for native flowers to flourish.
So next time you find your cabbages chomped, mizuna munched or saplings stripped, shake your fist by all means but reach for our rabbit repellers, deterrents, guards and humane traps and rehouse the bunny safely!
