Walled Garden No Problem

Dear Martin

I would be grateful if you could give me a quote for a steel fruit cage. The size I would like is 6.5m x 3.85m to fit into the corner of a walled garden which has a wall height of 2m plus a coving on top. (How do your cages fit onto the walls?) In time I would probably want to extend the cage from 6.5m to 14.5m long. Is this easy to do? I look forward to hearing from you.

Regards

Mr M

Dear Mr M

Thank you for your E mail regarding our Steel Fruit Cages.

We have done special cages in the past which have fitted to walls as customers are unable to fit uprights in the ground next to the wall due to the footings.  Steel Brackets would need to be fitted to the wall and the roof supports will fit into these brackets – the outer edge uprights would need to go into the ground as standard.

Extensions to our steel cages are not a problem, we would need to supply you with extra side netting and a separate piece of roof netting rather than a one piece side and roof as would be supplied with a standard cage – all framework is relatively simple to extend.

Please contact us again if the above would be of interest to you,  if you would rather go for a complete frame then we would happy to quote you for your desired size.
