I too had to wait longer than anticipated for these plants due to the cold weather but they were well worth waiting for. They were excellent, sturdy plants that have really grown quickly since I've planted them on. The planting instructions they came with were charming - a poster with drawings. Although I'm a Harrod Horticulture customer, I've never ordered plants from them, before. These plants are grown for HH. I can't praise them highly enough and I would recommend them.
I ordered and paid for these products early April, the despatch email said to expect within 3-5 days but having still not received them I emailed to be told they are despatched from supplier late april to july so I could not be given an accurate delivery date. It should state this on the website. I am still waiting for them!
Many thanks for your feedback which we greatly appreciate and sincere apologies for the confusion with your dispatch email. All plant orders had been delayed because of unfavourable weather conditions lately. Your order is now scheduled to be dispatched on Thursday of this week to be delivered to you on Friday.
