ORDERING INFORMATION
ORDERING & DELIVERY
CARRIAGE FREE on orders over £350 exc. VAT (UK mainland only).
Orders under £350 exc. VAT are charged £25 for delivery. We aim to despatch orders within 5-7 working days.
Wire obelisks and plant supports are supplied with barcoded POS labels. These promote our 3 key unique selling points: (1) UK made (2) RHS endorsement
(3) Robust product guarantees.
DROP SHIPPING (pages 16-23)
Flat pack arches and obelisks (pages 16-23) are offered as drop ship items direct to your customers’ address. This allows you to display pieces and take orders without holding stock.
DROP SHIP MINIMUM ORDER VALUE is £100 exc. VAT.
Orders for these will be added to your account and sent direct to your customer.
Drop ship orders will incur a delivery charge as highlighted in the price list (either £9.95 or £14.95) which you in turn can recover from your customer.
We require your customer’s name, address, phone number and any detail of where to leave their package at their own risk for the purpose of fulfilling orders only.
PAYMENT
You can apply for an instant credit account by requesting a quick to complete credit application form. Credit terms are net monthly terms (full payment by last day of the month following the month of invoice). Otherwise orders can be on a pro-forma basis or paid up front by card.
