Pea Growing

We've reported on the practice of raising peas in guttering last week and explained how the method is integral to our Kitchen Garden http://www.harrodhorticultural.com/HarrodSite/pages/news/news.asp?sCCGroup=Kitchen%20Garden pea crops - it's suprising just how versatile this technique can be!

I've come across this article by Sarah Raven who, judging by the amount of crops she raises by this method, is a real guttering advocate! http://www.telegraph.co.uk/gardening/main.jhtml?xml=/gardening/2007/02/23/gsarah23.xml

I'll be using the trusty old Kitchen Garden guttering once again this year, but if you don't fancy filling up such a long length, this smaller version might be just the thing - http://www.harrodhorticultural.com/HarrodSite/search/product/Greenhouse+Equipment%5FPropagation/GPR-629.htm
