Organic Vegetables

A recent report has revealed that European demand for organic fruit and vegetables is responsible for increased sales, with the UK and Germany out in front.

Leading market research specialists Rncos have collated the information and confirmed that the trend is likely to continue - great news for organic growers and a clear indication that consumer tastes are shifting.

Harrod Horticultural have always advocated an organic approach to growing, reflected in the products we supply, and it appears from this report, and others like it, that the once-ridiculed 'Good Life' approach to vegetable and fruit production is slowly coming into vogue. Of course, we are fortunate to be able to test and develop products in our own Kitchen Garden.
