As a widow, when the base split I panicked.

Bought a new one from B&Q, but didn't discover it was too small until I have managed to empty the very large butt.

Phoned the water company from whom I had bought the system - they no longer do it.

I then noticed your name on the base and made contact with a lady called I think Sabrina.

She went out to your warehouse to measure your base and came back to me.

I ordered it over the phone around lunchtime and the base arrived the following day.

I consider this to be seriously good service and I will certainly use your company again when necessary.

Don't be tempted - buy the stand that matches your water butt.

Stronger and more supporting than cheaper versions.
