Product Reviews
This is the second willow planter that I have bought from Harrod. Was so impressed, I bought another one. Only downside is the plastic ties which don't look great - I've used garden twine on both occasions to join the sides together, which gives a stronger and more rustic look. Would recommend.
I sent for two of these, and they fit exactly where I wanted them to be. It was easy to fit them together and fill with garden compost in situ. I have planted sweet peas in one section, and intend to plant runner beans and courgettes in the other sections. So they are big enough for other than salad or herb plants.
These willow clad planters are excellent - aesthetically pleasing for a small garden or patio that also has to double up as entertaining space. Really easy to assemble but the plastic ties they supply to secure the willow can break so we used our own stronger ones (hence only 4 bars for ease of use). Once assembled and filled they were not too difficult to move either. We have them in all sizes and think they're worth the extra money if design's a key factor for you.
