The National Landscape awards are an excellent industry platform to showcase the very best in landscaping

 

BALI, the British Association of Landscape Industries held their annual awards ceremony on Friday 4th December at the Grosvenor Hotel, Park Lane in London.  The BALI awards recognise excellence in Landscape Design, Construction, Products and Services, with nearly 900 in attendance and out of 108 entries received this year, only 27 were Principal Award Winners.

Harrod Horticultural entered a submission portfolio to be considered for the Affiliate Exceptional Service Award, which is given to a Company that can demonstrate they offer exemplary service and products to the Landscape and Design Sector.  Harrod Horticultural were delighted and proud to receive this prestigious award for the second year running.

 

The judges commented “An impressive submission demonstrated how the company provides excellent customer service through a range of high-quality and often bespoke products and services.  Testimonials highlight the value clients place on the service provided, and also obvious are the lengths to which the company goes in order to exceed expectation.  Good customer retention is demonstrated.  Support for fellow BALI members through cross referring is commendable and Harrod Horticultural is active in Regional and National BALI Events.”

 

Our submission covered case studies and testimonials to reflect how our products and service meets the needs of the industry and our customers.  Alongside this evidence was provided of exceeding customer expectations, exceptional communication and how our equipment and technology helps maintain high standards.
