Excellent By Diane Green-lynch 5 21st January 2016

I purchased 2 of these fleece jackets and I am extremely pleased with the quality, design and ease of use. I have used other fleece jackets over the years but can say these are the best to ensure protection for my tree ferns.

Excellent By Anonymous 5 14th December 2015

Over the years I have used other fleece jackets but I have to say this is an excellent fleece, it is of good design, good size and much thicker. I bought it to cover my 2 Tree Ferns. Other fleeces I have used did not protect thee Tree Fern fronds and lost then due to the frost etc. This jacket is easy to use so I am confident that when I take it off in March all will be okay.. The added bonus is that there is a zip where you can check on your shrubs.

Greenhouse Plant Jackets By Lena Bowden 5 26th June 2015

I bought my first very large jacket two years ago to enshroud my peach tree through the winter, it did a marvellous job and when I took it off early March the tree was full of pink blossom. I have recently bought another four jackets of various sizes to cover my lemon and orange trees

Tried and Tested - Widgets that work

It's a wrap - rather than wrestle with sheets of fleece and string when insulating borderline hardy shrubs or container specimens, use garden fleece plant jackets with a drawstring or zip up. Harrod Horticultural sells the zipped fleeces online.

Tried and tested : Plant fleece jackets with Julia Heaton

Build 5* A fairly generous 70gsm fleece. Features 5* Cream-coloured. But a well thought out design incorporates a full-length zip and drawstring end, plus tiny holes so that essential beneficial elements are allowed in. How It Works 5* Thick enough to protect against the worst of the weather, these fleeces are easy to pull on and off thanks to the zipped design, while the drawstring keeps them in place. The cream colour looks rather good in winter surroundings as i doesn't stand out like a sore thumb. Value 4* The features and performance make this design value for money. 19/20 BEST BUY.
