Horticulture Week voted this 'Best New Product for the
Amateur Gardener'
"This new product range hits its target because it's easy for
the beginner to use."
Julia Heaton, Consumer Editor from Amateur Gardening
magazine talks about these growbags in her 'What's New'
section:
Growbags are not exactly new... they've been around for 40
years. But the range of organic vegetable growbags from Humax is
new.
Each bag is filled with 35 litres of Medwyn's gold medal-winning
compost formulations aimed at producing top crops of fruit and
vegetables. A handy planting guide is printed on each bag.
You can either stand the bags on end, or lay them
flat (depending on the crop). Or you can empty the bag's
contents into pots.
The bags are perfect for patios, balconies and small gardens
where space is tight.
There are different bags for growing potatoes, strawberries,
tomatoes, peppers or chillies and salads.
The bags won several awards at trade shows in 2007, so
their future looks assured.
