These Drystick Greenhouse Sticky Traps are a must for any greenhouse grower but won't rate quite so highly on the wish list of common greenhouse pests such as aphids, thrips, whitefly and plenty more airborne greenhose rogues.

Combining those two essential traits of ease of use and effectiveness, each trap is separated from the next by a strip of paper making peeling off and hanging a simple task - there's no chance of you being the trap's first victim!

You'll find these traps represent a perfect greenhouse pest population early warning system, allowing you to hit the first wave of invaders with a barrage of biological pest control measures and organic sprays - just be aware thast when using the traps and introducing biological pest control predators, some of the good guys may also get snared.

The sticky yellow greenhouse traps are supplied in packs of 10; each trap measures 10cm in width by 25cm long and 10 hanging ties are also included.

Whitefly Control uses a tiny parasitic wasp (encarsia formosa) and has been used to control whitefly from 1926; supplied as pupae on cards which are simply hung in a shady position throughout the crop, each application of encarsia is supplied on 25 hanging cards with approx 60 pupae on each card making a total of 1500 pupae.

Whitefly Control will be most effective when temperatures are at least 18 degrees C during the day and 10 degrees C at night and you can always fall back on our 3 treatment Whitefly Control Programme - 1500 encarsia are supplied each week for three weeks - to get on top of infestations and reduce numbers to a manageable level.
