| Apple Trees |
 |
Apple Trees - cooking apples, dessert apples and even cider apple trees - if it's a wide range of apple tree varieties which are traditional, inspiring and completely organically raised under Soil Association/DEFRA approved conditions you're after, look no further! Our selection of culinary and dessert varieties will allow you to experiment in the kitchen, enjoy the unrivalled taste of biting into a perfect, straight from the tree fruit or even go for something a bit stronger and brew your own cider.
The vast majority of the apple varieties we offer are available on both semi-dwarfing and moderate rootstocks (M26 and MM106 respectively) making the tree size ideal for the garden and as your trees (don't forget you'll need at least two for pollination!) are supplied as 'maidens', giving you the chance to sculpt and train them as cordons or espaliers. We've taken away all the stress of what to do with your tree once it's been delivered too as tucked away in the box will be a guide to siting, planting, training and pruning your chosen varieties. Not only that - we've provided a handy little guide (example below) on each product page to help you with when to prune and harvest, how well the fruit stores, which pollination band the variety falls into and anything else we think might help. In fact, probably the only things we can't help with are digging the hole for planting and eating (and drinking) the fruit!
Organic Apple Trees are despatched in bare-root form between November and March. |
